THE BETA: HOW TO PARTICPATE

Download the Mindel App
- Follow this link to download the Mindel app
- You’ll be prompted to download Test Flight (our app testing platform) and then Mindel
- If Test Flight asks for a redemption code, just close out and re-click the download button above!
- Tip: Make sure to allow notifications so Mindel can send updates and reminders about your rentals

Sign Up for a Mindel Account
- Move through our quick onboarding flow to create your account and build your profile
- We’ll ask for your phone number and address so we can coordinate pick-up and delivery—but don’t worry, your info stays private and secure

Set Up your Stripe Account
- Stripe is our secure third-party payment platform that handles rental payouts (how you make money as a lender!!)
- You’ll be asked to provide personal details (like phone number and address) and link a bank account
- FYI: Stripe onboarding happens outside of Mindel - we don’t have access to any of the personal or financial info you share with them

Upload to your Mindel Closet
- Share your closet with the Mindel community by uploading the pieces you’re ready to lend
- Add clean photos, descriptions and set a price that feels right (see Pricing Guide here)

Check the Mindel App Often
- As more Beta users download Mindel over the coming days + weeks, more and more pieces will be uploaded and ready for rental
- Keep visiting the Mindel app - favorite pieces you like, browse what’s new and rent when something catches your eye
- The more you explore and use the app, the more we learn and the better we can make it

- Found a piece you love? Rent it!
- Renting helps the community grow and gives us valuable insight into how we can improve the platform
